Use these questions when evaluating any automotive continuing education provider. Every provider sets its own inclusions and policies. Compare the details that matter to your schedule and records.
| What matters | The Miami16 experience | Ask any provider |
|---|---|---|
| Learning materials | All training and course learning materials included. | Are the materials included, or do I need to source anything separately? |
| Total course price | One course price for training, testing, and the digital completion certificate. | What exactly is included, and what additional course charges could apply? |
| Certificate timing | Digital certificate available immediately after all coursework is complete and the assessment is passed. | When is my certificate issued, and how do I receive it? |
| Course paperwork | Course participation and certificate delivery online; no course documents to mail. | Can I complete the entire course process online? |
| Testing provider | Testing provided by Mechanic Roster Academy. | Who provides the testing and answers course questions? |
| Renewal responsibility | Course completion is clearly separated from the county renewal application. | Do I submit the renewal myself, and which documents and county fees are required? |
Review the course price and terms with Mechanic Roster Academy. County application and license fees are separate.
A same-day certificate should mean what it says.
Your digital certificate is issued immediately after you finish all required coursework and pass. This removes a wait for course-certificate delivery. It does not remove learning requirements, change a county deadline, or promise that a license application is approved the same day.
Clarity before the first payment
Before buying any course, make sure you understand the completion rules, assessment conditions, certificate format, support options, and refund terms. Review those details with Mechanic Roster Academy.
